Everything changed when I stopped fighting my body and started listening to it. By tuning in, I organically discovered intermittent fasting, keto, and carnivore eating — not as rigid rules, but as ways of honoring what my body was asking for.
Tuning in changed my entire life. It led my body to its natural size — and gave me something even more powerful: peace with food, freedom from negative self-talk and shame, and a partnership with my body.
The best part? The constant judgment is gone, and I no longer obsess about the scale. I know this is my life now and these changes are such a gift.
